HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant and facility functioning
• Manage inventory and procurement of office and facility supplies
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols for regulatory compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action
• Manage statutory compliances as per CLRA
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for plant positions
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Support managers with performance evaluations and feedback
• Assist in developing and monitoring performance improvement plans
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Manage vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaison with Government authorities for Labor licenses and audits
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data protection compliance
• Prepare and provide monthly attendance inputs to corporate
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of proven HR management experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
