HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, induction, leave, attendance, and background verification
• Coordinate statutory compliance activities, license renewals, and timely submission of returns
• Oversee administration and renewal of employee insurance policies (GMC, OPD, GPA, GTLI, Gratuity)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and site roles, focusing on blue-collar and frontline workforce
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and workforce demand
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across Head Office and site locations
• Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, and workplace management

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles
• Expertise in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and frontline workforces
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in HR systems, MIS, and data management using Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure industries
• Experience in multi-site organizations
• Exposure to corporate HR coordination and site HR interaction
