HR & Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all HR, recruitment, and office administration functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and support a team of 30+ staff, fostering a high-performance and motivated working environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Handle all HR administration, including leave management, attendance, performance reviews, visas, and medical insurance.
• Maintain office standards, including maintenance, cleanliness, and providing a luxury experience for clients.
• Monitor departmental budgets and petty cash, working closely with the accounting team to track expenses.
• Implement and maintain new software, IT platforms, and digital tools to improve company workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, MOHRE regulations, and legal requirements.
• Provide executive support to the sales and management teams, including travel arrangements and document management.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional work experience in HR or Office Management.
• Proven experience in departmental leadership and team management.
• Strong administration, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Highly proactive, solution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to maintain high standards of documentation and operational discipline.
