About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to support HR recruiting and communication goals
  • Create engaging content and advertisements for recruiting, onboarding, and plant communications
  • Facilitate company events and morale-boosting activities, such as holiday events and pride team initiatives
  • Support the interviewing and hiring process for salary, hourly, and temporary roles using ATS software
  • Assist with the execution of new hire orientations and manage data entry in HRIS and HR spreadsheets
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel, medical, and training files in accordance with document retention policies
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all Therma-Tru associates

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or Publisher
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively through ambiguity
  • Reliable transportation to the Butler, Indiana location
