HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department and develop HR strategies and personnel policies
• Advise the board and management team on strategic and operational HR matters
• Translate organizational goals into HR policy and ensure implementation
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding
• Maintain relationships with external parties such as occupational health services and legal partners
• Participate in works council consultations and provide input on policy and personnel topics
• Develop data-driven HR policy and promote sustainable employability and employee satisfaction

Requirements

• HBO+ degree, preferably in HR, with relevant work experience
• Affinity with logistics business processes
• Knowledge of labor law, social legislation, and HR processes
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Proactive, problem-solving, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Integrity, discretion, and organizational sensitivity
