Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR duties and act as an HRBP between local and group levels
- Design and implement plans to promote corporate culture, performance reviews, and staff engagement
- Review and refine company policies and management regulations
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Lead ad-hoc HR projects including system development and procedure reviews
- Foster employee communications and organize company functions
- Oversee office management and administration functions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR supervising role
- 2+ years of solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Experience with HRIS such as NUEiP or BambooHR is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
