HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the People Services team to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure a high-quality employee experience
• Provide expert guidance to line managers on employee relations, including sensitive and complex cases
• Ensure full compliance with HR policies and local Bulgarian labor legislation
• Support the monitoring and analysis of people KPIs, succession planning, and talent management activities
• Implement global HR initiatives at the local level and oversee site-specific benefits and wellbeing programs
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including internships, onsite events, and corporate programs
• Promote and reinforce a positive organizational culture at the Dupnitsa manufacturing site

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven professional experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on employee relations
• Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation and HR processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
