About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions
- Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
- Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans
- Foster employee engagement and a strong company culture
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience
- At least 3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations
- Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM or HRCI certifications
