HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions
• Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
• Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans
• Foster employee engagement and a strong company culture
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
• Track and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 7–10 years of HR experience
• At least 3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations
• Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM or HRCI certifications
