HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and staff support
• Manage staff records, internal human resource documentation, and personnel processes
• Support hiring and recruitment logistics, including job postings and candidate communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain and communicate internal policies, procedures, and staff expectations
• Support compliance with campaign employment practices and reporting requirements
• Build and maintain systems to improve HR organization and communication across the campaign

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, political campaigns, government offices, or operations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment with sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work nontraditional hours to meet the demands of a statewide campaign
• Deep commitment to the mission and values of the Talarico for Texas campaign
