HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR support
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt positions
• Build strong relationships across teams and serve as a trusted HR resource
• Travel to multiple sites and support different shifts as business needs require

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership, talent management, and employee relations
• Multi-site manufacturing experience required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Union and non-union experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
