HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the People function across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, partnering with the Nordic Management Team to execute regional people strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management.
• Drive a high-performance culture by leading the performance management framework and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee multi-country payroll operations across the Nordic region, ensuring compliance with local legislation, tax regulations, and company standards.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, including HR Business Partners, Payroll & Administration, and Canteen Management.
• Utilize workforce analytics and HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Champion employee engagement and an inclusive, collaborative culture across both corporate and retail environments.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in a senior HR Manager or Senior HRBP role.
• Proven experience leading HR teams within multi-site or retail/consumer-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience overseeing multi-country payroll operations across the Nordic countries.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a global matrix organization.
• Experience partnering with regional HR leadership and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in additional Nordic languages.
