HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead positive employee relations activities, initiatives, and programs.
• Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and resolve through systematic investigations.
• Support and lead bargaining unit activities, including grievance resolution, contract negotiations, and compensation support.
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process for both non-exempt and exempt level positions.
• Drive performance management objectives, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, including EEO, ADA, and AAP.
• Act as a Change Agent for the Delhi, NY location to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Union environment.
• Proven experience in labor relations and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS applications (Workday experience is a plus).
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and business maturity.
