We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes and lead New Hire Orientation
• Coordinate offer letters and employment agreements
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and streamline people processes
• Administer employee benefits programs and lead open enrollment
• Partner with leadership to develop competitive compensation and rewards frameworks
• Design and support meaningful performance review cycles
• Identify learning and development opportunities for career growth
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture through engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
• Coordinate visa sponsorships and work authorization processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1, green cards)

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• Strong generalist background with ability to handle both strategy and administration
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Rippling
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance
• Experience building and scaling advanced compensation programs
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
