HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Act as an advisor to department heads on recruitment and talent development
• Drive employee engagement through social events and retention initiatives
• Coordinate training programs and conduct New Hire Orientation
• Oversee performance management processes and feedback culture
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Handle HR administration, including payroll support, contract management, and absenteeism
• Manage the HR and salary budget in collaboration with the General Manager

Requirements

• Proven HR experience with strong problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus)
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
• High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
