About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the People & Culture (P&C) team by ensuring the smooth running of all HR processes
- Manage and update human resources administration, including employee files, contracts, and amendments
- Process data from various sources and maintain accurate information within HR systems
- Handle key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training follow-up, and workforce planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, including collective agreements, leave, and payroll
- Monitor and manage HR KPIs and employee absences
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional experience in HR, preferably within a high-volume or challenging environment
- Ability to work with high levels of accuracy and manage stress effectively
- Strong team spirit and a dynamic approach to work
- Flexible availability, including rotating shifts on Saturdays
