HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Distribution, Investor Relations, Investment, Research, Operations, Finance, and Compliance functions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational culture
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions, and offer rollouts
• Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and hiring trackers
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational structuring
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including engagement and exit management

Requirements

• Postgraduate or equivalent Master’s degree
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Prior experience hiring for Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund Distribution, Private Banking, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of the financial services talent landscape
• Proficiency with hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
