About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Distribution, Investor Relations, Investment, Research, Operations, Finance, and Compliance functions
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational culture
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions, and offer rollouts
- Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and hiring trackers
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational structuring
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including engagement and exit management
Requirements
- Postgraduate or equivalent Master’s degree
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Prior experience hiring for Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund Distribution, Private Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the financial services talent landscape
- Proficiency with hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
