About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring across all teams from workforce planning to offer rollouts
  • Collaborate with department heads to define roles and align hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through portals, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Manage interview pipelines, candidate experience, and feedback loops
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
  • Manage HR Ops, including documentation, background checks, and policies
  • Support appraisal cycles, promotion plans, and performance tracking
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, ESOPs, and claims
  • Build and improve scalable systems and workflows

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Experience scaling teams from 70+ to 300+ employees preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and internal people systems
  • Experience managing junior HR team members
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
