HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities and implement policies across US operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for operational and professional roles
• Provide guidance on performance, conduct, grievance, and disciplinary matters
• Coach managers on People policies and best practices
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management
• Champion Manna's culture and support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Partner with the Director of HR to implement scalable People processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations role
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full US driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or able to relocate quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a startup, scale-up, logistics, aviation, or technology environment
• Experience building or implementing HR processes in a growing business
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery
