HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies for field, office, and leadership talent
• Partner with leaders to strengthen performance, leadership effectiveness, and team development
• Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
• Oversee benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and HR policies
• Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate organizational risk
• Lead process improvement initiatives to create scalability and operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and benefits administration
• Experience supporting multi-department operations in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change
• Strong investigation and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or skilled trades
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and workforce analytics
• Experience leading high-volume recruiting efforts
