HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader for a multi-shift, non-union manufacturing operation, partnering with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
• Lead employee relations with a solutions-oriented approach, including coaching leaders and conducting investigations
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and enhance retention
• Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and training
• Track and analyze HR and workforce KPIs to drive continuous improvement in plant performance
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and annual compensation processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant HR team to ensure responsive day-to-day business support
• Partner with Regional Corporate HR to implement corporate programs and ensure local alignment

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong expertise in employee relations and building trust across all levels of an organization
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a plus)
• Ability to support a 24/7, multi-shift operation with flexibility to engage across all shifts
• Solid working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
