About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and embed organizational values through onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement programs
- Design and rollout employee engagement initiatives including team-building and recognition programs
- Gather feedback through surveys and exit interviews to prepare reports for leadership
- Partner with department heads to identify training and coaching needs for managers
- Facilitate leadership workshops and onboarding for new managers
- Advise employees and managers on HR queries, employee relations, and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding and administer performance management cycles
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–8 years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- Hands-on experience in employee engagement or leadership development programs
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of labor law and HR operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD
