HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures across all studio locations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for studio-level HR questions and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
• Execute standardized hiring, onboarding, and termination processes
• Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready employee files and HR documentation
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with the CFO/Accounting to ensure payroll execution aligns with company policy
• Manage standardized offer letters, employment agreements, and contractor agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance
• HR leadership experience within professional services or PE-backed environments
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity organizations
• Exceptional documentation habits and process discipline
• Ability to remain responsive and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience with HRIS platforms

Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
