HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer Human Resources programs for a plant or Corporate Division
• Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with organizational goals
• Monitor and implement HR policies and objectives
• Manage employee relations to promote high morale and positive relationships
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements including OSHA, EEO, ERISA, and Wage & Hour
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely vacancy fulfillment
• Execute strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Facilitate Ramp-Up Readiness Reviews and oversee risk management activities
• Provide HR education and materials to line management and employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Nine years of relevant experience
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze financial reports and legal documents
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to solve practical problems in non-standardized situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Human Resources Management Certificate
• PHR or SPHR certification
