HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads workforce planning, organizational structure design, and manpower planning
• Provides strategic HR advisory support to senior management
• Oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration processes
• Supervises employee relations and labor matters, maintaining compliance with labor laws and aviation-related workforce regulations
• Drives the performance management framework, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensures proper administration of compensation and benefits in coordination with relevant functions
• Oversees training schedules, workforce development planning, and HR-related events and initiatives
• Prepares HR reports and presentations for executive management
• Coordinates with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planning
• Liaises with external vendors and training providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or operational environments
• 3-5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Manager role
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or HR Professional Certification
