About the role
Responsibilities
- Leads workforce planning, organizational structure design, and manpower planning
- Provides strategic HR advisory support to senior management
- Oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration processes
- Supervises employee relations and labor matters, maintaining compliance with labor laws and aviation-related workforce regulations
- Drives the performance management framework, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensures proper administration of compensation and benefits in coordination with relevant functions
- Oversees training schedules, workforce development planning, and HR-related events and initiatives
- Prepares HR reports and presentations for executive management
- Coordinates with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planning
- Liaises with external vendors and training providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or operational environments
- 3-5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Manager role
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or HR Professional Certification
