HR Manager, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies that enhance talent retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional cross-functional partners, providing coaching and advice on people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and investigations, in partnership with the Employee Relations Partner.
• Ensure legal compliance with state and federal employment laws while maintaining brand values.
• Oversee the performance management process, including coaching managers and determining outcomes for performance improvement.
• Support talent acquisition and development by interviewing senior management candidates and driving internal mobility.
• Facilitate onboarding for new managers and conduct in-store training as required.
• Manage reward planning processes, including annual reviews and merit decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management position.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in-store at multiple local locations 80% of the work week.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
