About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and development plans for sales teams.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support ongoing change management initiatives and lead various HR projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management within a sales or channel environment.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the manufacturing or technology industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
