HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including vendor management, compliance, and employee records
• Liaison with government authorities for labor licenses and audits
• Oversee facility management, including plant operations, procurement, and health and safety protocols
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and engagement strategies
• Manage industrial relations (IR) and act as a liaison between management and blue-collar workers
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Identify and coordinate training and development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• 12-15 years of professional experience
• Proven HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HR management or industrial relations
