HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes
• Oversee all payroll responsibilities using Paylocity, including headcount and PTO tracking
• Manage annual benefits renewal and 401K administration
• Develop and maintain policies compliant with Federal and State laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
• Lead onsite HR training programs and coach managers on communication and feedback
• Implement employee retention and engagement programs
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and resolve issues
• Support site compliance with Health and Safety practices, including OSHA

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of payroll, employment law, compensation, and recruitment
• Strong HR data analytics and computer skills, including Excel and HRIS
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• SHRM certification
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Experience with facility start-ups
• Proficiency with Paylocity
