HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process
• Support business needs through the development, engagement, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Provide decision support to management through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management processes

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an HR manager or HR executive
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels
