About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for team members and managers across the international remote team
  • Manage the entire team member lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management, career development, and growth initiatives
  • Advise managers on relations, performance, leave management, and workplace policies
  • Coordinate HR operations including leave, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Lead initiatives to enhance engagement, recognition, well-being, and company culture
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and the employee experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR Manager, HRBP, or People Operations Specialist)
  • Experience supporting an international remote workforce
  • Knowledge of international HR operations
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
