About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for team members and managers across the international remote team
- Manage the entire team member lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate records and HR documentation
- Support performance management, career development, and growth initiatives
- Advise managers on relations, performance, leave management, and workplace policies
- Coordinate HR operations including leave, compensation, and benefits administration
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Lead initiatives to enhance engagement, recognition, well-being, and company culture
- Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and the employee experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR Manager, HRBP, or People Operations Specialist)
- Experience supporting an international remote workforce
- Knowledge of international HR operations
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
