About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the HR team
- Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance
- Own Emiratisation strategy and quota performance
- Design, draft, and own all internal HR policies
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, and performance reviews
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Manage HR operations and payroll for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC)
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate leadership reporting on headcount and attrition
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount forecasting and budget planning
- Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT services or staffing
- Proven people management experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis
- Working knowledge of India payroll and statutory compliance preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- UAE nationality is mandatory
