HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the HR team
• Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance
• Own Emiratisation strategy and quota performance
• Design, draft, and own all internal HR policies
• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, and performance reviews
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Manage HR operations and payroll for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC)
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate leadership reporting on headcount and attrition
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount forecasting and budget planning
• Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT services or staffing
• Proven people management experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis
• Working knowledge of India payroll and statutory compliance preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• UAE nationality is mandatory
