HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance, including visa and government relations.
• Own the Emiratisation strategy and ensure quota performance.
• Design, draft, and maintain all internal HR policies, including leave, conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, probation, and performance management cycles.
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, investigations, and terminations.
• Manage HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC), including payroll and local compliance.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and oversee payroll coordination with the Finance department.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design.
• Drive employee engagement through the design and rollout of company initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services or professional services.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of India payroll and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing HR operations for offshore development centers.
