HR Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People partner to senior GTM leaders, supporting workforce planning, org design, and talent development
• Partner with leaders on capacity planning, productivity, and incentive implications to drive business growth
• Lead change management initiatives related to GTM transformations, including operating model shifts and scaling leaders
• Coach senior leaders on effective people leadership, employee relations, and difficult conversations
• Execute talent strategies including succession planning, hiring plans, and performance management processes
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure aligned and impactful people programs
• Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance across geographically dispersed teams

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, including support for senior leaders in fast-growing organizations
• Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) or revenue-generating teams
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders with confidence and credibility
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
• Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience leading and executing large-scale people strategy projects
