About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding for the Romanian site
- Partner with local operational management and collaborate with the global HR Team
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and implement Group HR policies
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture programs
- Coordinate payroll processes and administer employee benefits
- Define, implement, and monitor internal HR procedures and policies
- Identify training needs and develop/implement learning and development plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- At least 3 years as an HR Manager, HRBP, or equivalent in an international or production environment
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law
- Experience working in matrix structures with international reporting lines
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to operate with full autonomy at the site level
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR or an MBA
