Known for innovation and quality, they serve a wide range of industrial and scientific sectors, providing products and solutions to customers worldwide. The factory in Romania is part of an international production and distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the local HR team (4 people) and supervise personnel administration activities
- Manage labor relations and support managers with personnel issues, discipline, and labor law
- Participate actively in production meetings and collaborate with department managers and the General Manager
- Coordinate recruitment processes, specifically for direct production staff and key positions
- Develop and implement modern HR processes, policies, and tools
- Support organizational development, leadership, and coaching initiatives for management
- Monitor compensation and benefits structures
Requirements
- Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Economics
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 3-5 years in a coordination role
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Solid knowledge of labor law and employee relations
- Experience in volume recruitment and collaborating with operational management
- Leadership, organizational, and influencing skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on profile with strategic and operational capacity
- Good knowledge of English
