The factory in Romania is part of an international production and distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the local HR team (4 people) and supervise personnel administration activities
• Manage labor relations and support managers with personnel issues, discipline, and labor law
• Participate actively in production meetings and collaborate with department managers and the General Manager
• Coordinate recruitment processes, specifically for direct production staff and key positions
• Develop and implement modern HR processes, policies, and tools
• Support organizational development, leadership, and coaching initiatives for management
• Monitor compensation and benefits structures

Requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Economics
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 3-5 years in a coordination role
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Solid knowledge of labor law and employee relations
• Experience in volume recruitment and collaborating with operational management
• Leadership, organizational, and influencing skills
• Pragmatic, hands-on profile with strategic and operational capacity
• Good knowledge of English
