About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and global leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Lead complex employee matters and act as an escalation point for high-risk issues
- Drive initiatives across performance management, engagement, and organizational design
- Support change management, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Guide a distributed People Operations & Workplace Experience team
- Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain compliance and consistency across policies and employee relations
- Oversee office operations and vendor partnerships to enhance workplace experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, spanning both business partnering and operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English
- Experience supporting multi-country regions, ideally across EMEA
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a U.S.-based organization
- Background in data-driven decision making and translating insights into action
- Expertise in organizational design and change management
