HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
• Manage labor relations, provide guidance to staff, and resolve workplace issues
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance team effectiveness and maintain a positive work climate
• Supervise full recruitment processes during season preparation, including attraction, assessment, and selection
• Support onboarding processes and coordinate training and development programs
• Oversee staff benefits including accommodation, dining, uniforms, and infrastructure
• Strengthen corporate culture and drive employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Experience in team management, conflict resolution, and labor relations
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational skills
