Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and drive people strategies
- Lead rollout and execution of performance management processes across APAC
- Support job design, job descriptions, and competency frameworks
- Partner with U.S.-based Compensation COE for market benchmarking and salary alignment
- Ensure compliance with local payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace investigations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including contract management and offboarding
- Support local employee engagement initiatives and culture programs
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist or HRBP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compensation
- Experience in a US-headquartered multinational corporation preferred
- Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
