Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and drive people strategies
  • Lead rollout and execution of performance management processes across APAC
  • Support job design, job descriptions, and competency frameworks
  • Partner with U.S.-based Compensation COE for market benchmarking and salary alignment
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including contract management and offboarding
  • Support local employee engagement initiatives and culture programs

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist or HRBP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compensation
  • Experience in a US-headquartered multinational corporation preferred
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
