About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Lead performance management processes and development plans
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Manage the HR team and provide guidance to staff
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning
- Maintain and improve HRIS and other HR-related systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in multicultural environments and knowledge of Indian labor laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
