HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding
• Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts professionally
• Lead performance management processes and development plans
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Design and implement training and development programs
• Manage the HR team and provide guidance to staff
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning
• Maintain and improve HRIS and other HR-related systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in multicultural environments and knowledge of Indian labor laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
