HR Manager EMEA

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to regional leadership, including the Managing Director EMEA
• Lead HR activities across Dutch entities to ensure alignment with global HR strategies
• Drive post-merger integration efforts to align local organizations with OPW/Dover standards
• Strengthen and professionalize HR structures, processes, and policies across the region
• Support talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
• Support regional recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
• Contribute to the implementation and adoption of HR systems such as Workday
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and lead a small regional HR team

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
• Experience supporting organizational change or post-merger integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and evolving structure
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required
