About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to regional leadership, including the Managing Director EMEA
- Lead HR activities across Dutch entities to ensure alignment with global HR strategies
- Drive post-merger integration efforts to align local organizations with OPW/Dover standards
- Strengthen and professionalize HR structures, processes, and policies across the region
- Support talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
- Support regional recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of HR systems such as Workday
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and lead a small regional HR team
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
- Experience supporting organizational change or post-merger integration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and evolving structure
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is required
