About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
- Partner with leadership to support organizational goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
