About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
