HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of labor and ethics categories of the RBA Code of Conduct across all COC sites
• Ensure sites are VAP Audit ready to receive certification
• Establish and execute RBA governance processes, including policy assessments, controls, and management systems
• Drive RBA compliance through internal audits, gap analysis, and continuous improvement actions
• Partner with plant HR teams to ensure all audit findings are closed and improvements are implemented
• Deploy and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Advise leaders on HR-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Manage disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, compensation structures, and benefits programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience (generalist or specialist)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) or other audit processes
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes, and employment laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and conflict resolution abilities
