HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of HR policies across the company in accordance with global guidelines
• Manage HR subsystems including recruitment and selection, performance management, training, development, salaries, and benefits
• Maintain a healthy and motivating work environment through effective employee relations and procedures
• Provide consultancy and counseling services for new hires and expatriates
• Support plant managers with guidance, tips, and feedback regarding people management
• Monitor labor legislation to ensure compliance and minimize legal-labor disputes
• Coordinate the company's internal communication channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related areas
• Advanced English proficiency
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources processes and subsystems
• Strong understanding of labor legislation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in companies following ISO standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in People Management, People Development, or Organizational Psychology
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency
