HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for all operational and strategic HR topics at the manufacturing site
• Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, internal corporate policies, and GDPR requirements
• Advise and support managers regarding labor law, organizational matters, and people management
• Drive and implement HR digitalization initiatives, including systems, workflows, and reporting
• Develop people management processes such as leadership, performance, and talent development
• Act as the central HR interface for internal communication and coordinate with external authorities and partners
• Prepare HR KPIs and decision-making materials for local and corporate management
• Support change and transformation processes within the manufacturing environment

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of Czech labor law and hands-on experience handling legal matters
• Experience working in an international corporate environment
• Strong background in people management and partnering with leaders at various levels
• High affinity for HR digitalization and data-driven management
• Fluent in Czech and English; German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work in a production environment with diverse workforce structures
