Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR Administration and Development activities in the India Country Office
• Provide support to the administration of Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) in collaboration with HQ
• Conduct recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Administer staff benefits programs and review entitlements
• Support the implementation of performance management cycles, salary reviews, and promotions
• Define and implement annual training plans and coordinate training administration
• Ensure payroll incidences are processed according to established schedules
• Maintain staff databases, personal files, and attendance data
• Ensure full compliance with local Indian legislation and organizational HR policies
• Oversee HR Analysts and support compliance teams regarding staff grievances

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with multi-location or international organizations preferred
• Ability to travel to various sites
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
