HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with IT industry best practices
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Own and manage the performance management system including goal setting and annual appraisals
• Manage compensation structures, salary revisions, incentives, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
• Identify training needs and drive learning & development initiatives
• Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and insights for senior management

Requirements

• 15–18 years of overall HR experience within the IT / IT Services industry
• Proven experience in core HR, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• No prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders
