About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with IT industry best practices
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Own and manage the performance management system including goal setting and annual appraisals
- Manage compensation structures, salary revisions, incentives, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Identify training needs and drive learning & development initiatives
- Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and insights for senior management
Requirements
- 15–18 years of overall HR experience within the IT / IT Services industry
- Proven experience in core HR, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- No prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders
