HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage internal HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
• Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and government coordination
• Develop and implement HR policies, organizational structures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Lead employee engagement, company culture, and internal social event planning
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and screening to onboarding
• Operate and improve HR appraisal systems and collaborate with department heads on KPIs
• Support HR advisory assignments for clients, including salary benchmarking and compliance guidelines
• Maintain and optimize HRMS systems (Zoho preferred) and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience specifically within the UAE
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Proven experience in payroll and visa administration
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms (Zoho experience is a plus)
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD certification
• Experience in HR advisory or management consulting assignments
• Experience in performance appraisal system design or compensation analysis
• Knowledge of KSA Labor Law
