HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site high-touch HR services to support local people strategy and plant operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on complex HR issues, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Drive a culture of accountability, belonging, inclusivity, and diversity within the facility
• Manage local talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives
• Oversee union relations, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements and engaging with works councils
• Track and analyze People KPIs to provide workforce insights regarding staffing, productivity, and engagement
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Handle grievances and resolve workplace conflicts to foster a positive environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
• Proven experience working effectively within a matrix organization
• Fluency in both Czech and English (written and oral)
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and decision-making
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
• Strong analytical skills to define and solve complex problems
