HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of people initiatives for office and site-based operations across Egypt
• Develop HR policies and procedures in alignment with head office and Egyptian labor laws
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees, providing hands-on support across multiple project locations
• Visit project sites to support site management and address employee relations matters
• Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring activities for corporate and site positions
• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievance procedures
• Liaise with external authorities including the labor office, social security, and immigration
• Manage payroll and employee benefits administration for all Egypt-based employees
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare standards for site employees
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to support business decision-making

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role
• Proven experience supporting site-based workforces (e.g., construction, energy, or industrial environments)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employment regulations
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and oral)
• Strong data analysis and HR reporting skills
