About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide HR functional support to the Larbert site to deliver required targets
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices aligned with operational and financial objectives
- Create an environment and culture that promotes team involvement and continuous improvement
- Champion HR best practice and support AD Group HR activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing complex ER cases
- Experience delivering organisational change
- Experience working with Trade Unions in a heavily unionised environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification
- Experience managing large-scale change projects and culture transformation initiatives
